Alright so i have been looking for a photoshop tutorial that makes your face glow basically, I want something that can make your picture look like your skin is kinda fake lol sounds weird but heres a example.

Something like her picture its pretty amazing.
I dunno if this is what you're looking for, but duplicate the layer with the picture and apply a small gaussian blur. Then set the overlay style to soft light. You can play with the opacity. I hope that helped!
