I have a Gateway Computer and the adapter on the speakers buzzes. What could this be?
Everytime I plug it into any outlet it makes this strange buzzing noise. Is this something I should get fixed?
Oh Lord! I don't think I want to spend $50 for glue.
Sounds like one of the inductor coils in the power supply has come loose and is vibrating when current is put through it. Harmless but annoying. Yes, get it fixed. They slap a little glue on it and charge you 50 bucks, I think. Tsk, tsk.

There are so many Gateway 0225C1965 AC Adapter cables out there that I don't recommend making the final decision yourself if you are unsure. Tell you electrician or your sales person what you need for Gateway AC Adapter and the conditions it will be in to help you find the perfect and cheapest Gateway 0225C1965 AC Adapter cable for your application.
Gateway 0225C1965 AC Adapter cable is the cheapest and most popular of that group. It comes with flexible copper strands and a rubber jacket rated for 600 volts.
